Cottage Cheese Egg Bake

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Vegetables

Dice the bell pepper and onion, and chop the spinach.

(Optional) Lightly sauté the onion and bell pepper for extra flavor.

3. Mix the Eggs

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

Add cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Combine Ingredients

Stir in the vegetables and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.

5. Bake

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

6. Cool

Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
