CABBAGE SOUP:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
3 large carrots
3 celery stalks
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 – 14 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 cabbage
8 cup vegetable broth
3 bay leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
