Best Fluffy Pancake

 Step 1: Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together:
    flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt

 Step 2: Mix wet ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk:
    milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla

 Step 3: Combine

  • Pour wet ingredients into dry
  • Mix gently until just combined
     Small lumps are OK (don’t overmix!)

 Step 4: Cook pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
  • Lightly grease with butter
  • Pour batter (¼ cup per pancake)

 Step 5: Flip

  • Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2–3 minutes)
  • Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden

 Step 6: Serve

  • Stack pancakes and serve warm with:
    • Butter
