Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets

 Step 1: Preheat

  • Oven: 200°C (400°F)
  • Or preheat grill to medium-high

 Step 2: Make sauce

  • In a bowl, mix:
    • Soy sauce
    • Honey
    • Teriyaki sauce
    • Garlic
    • Ginger
    • Olive oil

 Step 3: Prep ingredients

  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
  • Slice veggies and prepare pineapple

 Step 4: Assemble foil packets

  • Lay out 4 pieces of foil
  • Divide chicken, pineapple, and veggies evenly
  • Pour sauce over each portion
  • Season lightly with salt & pepper

 Step 5: Seal

  • Fold foil tightly into sealed packets
  • Make sure no juices can escape

 Step 6: Cook

  • Oven: Bake for 20–25 minutes
  • Grill: Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning once

 Step 7: Serve

  • Carefully open packets (hot steam!)
  • Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions
  • Serve with rice or noodles
