Grill:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Brush with cowboy butter
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush skewers generously with the cowboy butter.
Add another brush right after removing from heat for extra flavor.
7. Serve
Serve hot with extra cowboy butter on the side for dipping.Enjoy!
