Mango Charlotte

Mango Charlotte is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with ladyfingers and a luscious mango mousse. Perfect for summer or when you want something elegant without turning on the oven.

 Ingredients

For the base & sides:

  • 200–250 g ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits)
  • 1 cup mango juice (or orange juice)

For the mango mousse:

  • 2 cups fresh mango puree (about 3–4 ripe mangoes)
  • 250 ml heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 100 g sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 g gelatin powder (or 6 gelatin sheets)
  • 3 tbsp water (for blooming gelatin)

For topping:

  • Fresh mango slices
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Mint leaves (optional)
