Coconut Cream Cake Squares

 Step 1: Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

    • Vanilla
  • Mix until smooth and creamy

 Step 3: Add coconut

  • Stir in shredded coconut
  • Mix well so everything is evenly combined

 Step 4: Add dry ingredients

  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt
  • Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix)

 Step 5: Add butter

  • Pour in melted butter and mix again
  • Batter will be thick and slightly textured

 Step 6: Bake

  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until:
    • Top is golden brown
    • Center is set

 Step 7: Cool & slice

  • Let it cool completely
  • Cut into squares like in the picture
