Instructions
1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl



2. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your preferred consistency (smooth or chunky)




3. Stir in the lime or lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined




4. Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and structurally sturdy




5. While the bread toasts, cook your eggs to your liking (poached, fried, or scrambled)




6. Spread a generous layer of the seasoned avocado mash onto each slice of warm toast




7. Place one cooked egg on top of each prepared avocado toast slice




8. Drizzle or sprinkle your chosen toppings such as pesto, sriracha, or feta cheese




9. Dust the top with everything bagel seasoning or a splash of balsamic vinegar for extra depth
