¼ cup lime juice
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste (about ½–1 tsp)
Optional add-ins:
¼ tsp cumin
1–2 tbsp water for thinning
Extra lime for tang
