Loaded Baked Potatoes 

Baked potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfect for adding your favorite toppings. Here’s a simple step-by-step recipe plus delicious two-topping combinations.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Wash the potatoes very well under cold water.
  2. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Use a fork to poke several holes around each potato.

Step 2: Season

  1. Rub each potato with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle salt all over the skins.

Step 3: Bake
