Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash the potatoes very well under cold water.

- Use a fork to poke several holes around each potato.
