Lemon & Ginger Wellness Infusion

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh lemons (sliced)
  • 1 medium piece of fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup natural honey (or adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 cups warm water

 Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Wash the lemons well and slice them thinly. Peel the ginger lightly and cut into small slices.

 Step 2: Fill the Jar

Place alternating layers of lemon slices and ginger into a clean glass jar.

 Step 3: Add Honey

Pour honey over the mixture until everything is fully covered.

 Step 4: Let It Infuse

Seal the jar and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours (better after 2–3 days).

 Step 5: Make Your Drink

Take 1–2 spoonfuls of the mixture and add warm water. Stir and enjoy.
