Cheesy Pizza

 Step 1: Make the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water + sugar + yeast.
  2. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover and let rise 1 hour (until doubled).

 Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Let sit while dough rises (this improves flavor).

 Step 3: Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 230°C (450°F).
  • If using a pizza stone, heat it for 20–30 minutes.

 Step 4: Shape & Assemble

  1. Punch down dough.
  2. Roll into a circle (not too thin).
  3. Transfer to baking tray or hot stone.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce.
  5. Add generous mozzarella.
  6. Add extra cheese on top for golden bubbles.

 Tip: Don’t overload sauce — cheese should shine!

 Step 5: Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until:
    • Cheese is bubbly
    • Top is golden brown
    • Edges are crispy

Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning.
