1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced or julienned

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 green onions, sliced (separate whites and greens)

Condiments & Sauce

4 tbsp honey

5/16 cup soy sauce (about 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Grains

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (hot)

Oils & Seasoning

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Make the Ginger Lime Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:

Honey

Soy sauce

Lime juice

Grated ginger

Minced garlic

Sesame oil

Taste and adjust if needed more lime for brightness, more honey for sweetness. Set aside.

2. Cook the Beef

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef in a single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through.

Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and the white parts of the green onions.

Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

4. Combine

Return the beef to the pan.

Pour in the ginger lime sauce.

Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and veggies.

5. Assemble the Bowls

Divide the warm jasmine rice between bowls.

Top with the honey soy beef.

Garnish with green onion tops and extra lime wedges if you’re feeling fancy
