 Keto Diet Chicken Salad Cups
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
8–10 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken mixture

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy.

2. Add flavor and crunch

Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, celery, red onion, and parsley. Mix well.

3. Assemble the cups

Spoon the chicken salad into individual lettuce leaves to form “cups.”

4. Serve
Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor.
