Crispy Chicken Wrap with Fries

 Prepare the Fries

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Soak them in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry them well.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
Remove and sprinkle with salt.

 Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip the chicken strips into the beaten egg, then coat them in the flour mixture.

 Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the chicken strips for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Remove and place on paper towels.

 Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.

 Assemble the Wrap

Lay a tortilla flat.

Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cabbage, and cheese.

Place the crispy chicken strips on top and drizzle with the sauce.

 Grill the Wrap

Fold the tortilla tightly and place it in a hot pan or grill.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until the tortilla becomes lightly golden and crispy.

 Serve
