2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Creamy Mushroom Sauce

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

250 g mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini work well)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup cream (heavy or cooking cream)

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, adds depth)

Salt & pepper to taste
