The study was carried out by the Global Vaccine Data Network, involving more than 99 million people across eight countries: Argentina, Australia, Canada, France, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, and Scotland.

Guillain-Barr\u00e9 syndrome is mainly characterized by muscle weakness, while venous thrombosis involves the formation of a blood clot in a vein, obstructing circulation to the rest of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

French basketball player Victor Wembanyama suffered from this condition a few months ago, which forced him to end his season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, all vaccines significantly increased the risk of myocarditis and pericarditis\u2014 inflammations of the myocardium (the muscle responsible for heart contraction and for circulating blood throughout the body).
