{"id":35,"date":"2025-12-26T14:02:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T14:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tanuve.com\/?p=35"},"modified":"2025-12-26T14:02:10","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T14:02:10","slug":"air-fryer-garlic-butter-roasted-mushrooms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tanuve.com\/?p=35","title":{"rendered":"Air Fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16 oz (450g) mushrooms (button mushrooms or cremini work well)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1.5 tsp garlic powder)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp dried thyme (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the air fryer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set your air fryer to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare the mushrooms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. You can also gently rinse them, but be sure to dry them well afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the mushrooms are large, you can halve or quarter them to ensure they cook evenly. For smaller mushrooms, you can leave them whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare the garlic butter mixture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the olive oil, minced garlic (or garlic powder), dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p>Coat the mushrooms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss the mushrooms well so that they are evenly coated with the butter and seasonings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air fry the mushrooms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Avoid overcrowding to ensure they cook evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook at 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the mushrooms halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check for doneness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mushrooms should be golden brown and tender when done. If you prefer them a bit more crispy, you can cook them for an additional 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once cooked, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
