{"id":1207,"date":"2026-04-15T13:44:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T13:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tanuve.com\/?p=1207"},"modified":"2026-04-15T13:44:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T13:44:53","slug":"honey-soy-beef-rice-bowls-with-ginger-lime-sauceingredientsmeat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tanuve.com\/?p=1207","title":{"rendered":"Honey Soy Beef Rice Bowls with Ginger Lime SauceIngredientsMeat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup bell peppers, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup broccoli florets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced or julienned<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tsp fresh ginger, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 green onions, sliced (separate whites and greens)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Condiments &amp; Sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 tbsp honey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/16 cup soy sauce (about 1\/4 cup + 1 tbsp)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 cup fresh lime juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grains<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cups cooked jasmine rice (hot)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oils &amp; Seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tbsp sesame oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tbsp vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions<br>1. Make the Ginger Lime Sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, whisk together:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lime juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grated ginger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minced garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesame oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taste and adjust if needed more lime for brightness, more honey for sweetness. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cook the Beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the sliced beef in a single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sear for 2\u20133 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove beef from the pan and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same pan, add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and the white parts of the green onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir-fry for 3\u20134 minutes until crisp-tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Combine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return the beef to the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the ginger lime sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toss everything together and cook for 1\u20132 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and veggies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
