Preheat oven<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat your oven to 200\u00b0C (400\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Prepare the salmon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place salmon fillets in a baking dish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle with olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Season with salt and black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Squeeze some lemon juice over the top<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Make the sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, combine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>minced garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sun-dried tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>capers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>heavy cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>half of the parsley<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Assemble<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoon the mixture evenly over the salmon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle feta cheese on top<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Bake<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 15\u201318 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
