6 large eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cups cottage cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 cup bell pepper, diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 cup onion, diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup spinach, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 tsp onion powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

1. Preheat the Oven<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Prepare the Vegetables<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dice the bell pepper and onion, and chop the spinach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Optional) Lightly saut\u00e9 the onion and bell pepper for extra flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Mix the Eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Combine Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stir in the vegetables and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Bake<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake for 35\u201345 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cool<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let it cool for 5\u201310 minutes before slicing for easier serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
